When trying to import mods from Mod Organizer, the import wizard opens, but when trying to import from Nexus Mod Manager, the import wizard. Then using the toolbar at the bottom click “Disable all”. In Vortex, on the “Mods” tab, select all your mods with Ctrl + A. But there will be an option that will show for importing from NMM regardless of whether you have mods installed with it or not.
when i was using vortex i reinstalled all. i don't know, but vortex has a feature that allows you to import NMM settings and mods into it.
